Organize Snippets

Use collections, favorites, and search to find your snippets.

Collections

Section titled “Collections”

Click New Collection at the bottom of the sidebar or use ⇧⌘N. Assign a snippet using its Collection menu. Control-click a collection to rename or delete it. Deleting a collection keeps its snippets in All Snippets.

Use the star beside a snippet’s title to mark it as a favorite, then save. Favorites appear in the sidebar filter. Search matches snippet names, keywords, and templates. Press ⌘F in the library to focus search.

Save your changes

Changes stay in a draft until you save. Switching away from an edited snippet offers Save, Discard, or Cancel. Control-click a snippet for actions such as Duplicate, Move to Collection, or Delete. A duplicate starts without a keyword to avoid conflicts.
